We have partnered with London Square across their award-winning portfolio for 10 years and our latest project is The Pickle Factory at Bermondsey encompassing 400 warehouse-style apartments across 3 phases.
Collaborating with London Squares interior designers SieMatic S2 was chosen, in Sterling Grey, Lotus White and Graphite Grey with a stunning mix of quartz and Corian worktops to compliment each interior subject to being a new build or refurb apartment. In addition, Butler sinks added a hint of urban style to the refurb plots. For the choice of appliances Siemens was used across the board to satisfy the needs of the discerning buyers for this on trend development.
Our relationship with Project Kitchens is open and direct. When it comes to discussing our commercial ambitions we have regular meetings, share our plans with Belinda and her team and agree the appropriate SieMatic product for a specific scheme to meet our specification and budgets. My team is responsible for working with Project Kitchens to see a scheme through to final sign off before being handed over to the construction team so attention to detail, quality across the board and an ability to collaborate is essential – it’s all in the relationship.
